Learning
through play
Prior registration is required.
Classes held by: Ágnes Kiss, special education teacher, children's yoga instructor for movement development, leader of the Hangpancsi session.
I am a special education teacher, and my full-time job is dealing with severely disabled children. Yoga is approx. It has occupied a prominent place in my life for 6 years. I consider it vital that, by creating a safe atmosphere, children learn to live and express their emotions freely and are happy to connect with each other. Children's yoga, embedded in movement and story, playfully, helps with this, among other things. It is important not to forget to play as an adult! During family yoga classes, you can spend real quality time with your child.
During children's yoga sessions, complex movement development is realized, which at the same time increases attention concentration in a playful and natural way, helps to relieve stress, tension, repressed emotions, connection with each other, and develops emotional intelligence.
During the event, we learn about different sound therapy tools (Tibetan sound bowl, shansula, koshi, tingsha, ocean drum) and play with them. Relaxation through sounds and vibrations can calm fears and inner restlessness, expand the imagination, increase creativity, and deepen social relationships.
The goal of parent-child pair yoga is to really connect with your child and spend quality time together.
What to expect:
-
many touches
-
couple and group yoga exercises
-
playfulness
-
a sound bowl and other sound-making devices accompany the game and help to relax
It's okay if you haven't done yoga before! Bring openness, cheerfulness, your childish self with you! The point is to pay attention to each other, playfully, embedded in movement. The event is open to children aged 5-9 with a parent (or other adult accompanying them).
