Yoga & Surf Retreat – Andalusia, May 6–12, 2026

By submitting your registration, you accept the following terms and conditions.

 

Participation Fee & Payment Terms

The participation fee is determined as follows – discounted rates are available depending on the time of registration or the number of available spots:

• Super Early Bird – €825
  Valid: September 1 – October 15, 2025, or for the first 3 registrants

• Early Bird – €950
  Valid: October 16, 2025 – January 31, 2026

• Full Price – €1,090
  Valid: February 1 – May 5, 2026
   

Registrations are accepted until all spots are filled.

To finalize your registration, a deposit of €300 is required within 5 business days after submitting the registration. The remaining balance must be settled no later than March 15, 2026.

Cancellation Policy

• Until February 15, 2026: the deposit will be refunded minus a €30 administration fee.

• Between February 16 – March 15, 2026: the deposit is non-refundable, but the remaining balance does not need to be paid.

• After March 15, 2026: the full fee is due unless you find someone to take over your spot.
   

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Possibility of Program Changes

The schedule and program will be provided as accurately as possible in advance. However, the organizers reserve the right to make minor adjustments (e.g., time, teacher, or weather-related changes) if necessary. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
 

Liability

Participation in the program is voluntary and at your own responsibility. The organizers are not liable for any accidents, health issues, travel disruptions, or lost belongings. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance and, if necessary, health insurance.
 

Meals

Special dietary requirements will be taken into consideration whenever possible, but please indicate these at the time of registration.
 

Data Protection

The personal data provided during registration will be used solely for organizing the program, communication, and necessary administration. All data will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties.
