Gyetvai Anett
Tradicionális Hatha
I am Anett Gyetvai, a traditional Hatha Yoga master teacher and meditation guide.
My journey began with a 250-hour Hatha Yoga teacher training in 2020, initially undertaken to deepen my personal practice. I wanted to gain a deeper understanding of the physical body while immersing myself in the traditions of Hatha Yoga and yogic philosophy. Over the course of a year, my life transformed completely, and by the time I completed my certification, I knew that receiving such a gift from life comes with the responsibility to share it. This realization led me further on my path—to a 130-hour meditation guide training, followed by a 200-hour Hatha Yoga master teacher training. In December 2023, I set out on a journey to discover yoga in its birthplace—India.
Today, as a certified Hatha Yoga instructor accredited by the Hungarian Yoga Teachers' Association, I strive to share the experiences and wisdom that can be discovered along the yogic path.
Through years of practice and teaching, I’ve come to understand a timeless truth: yoga is for everyone. Truly, for everyone. That’s why I incorporate a diverse range of yogic tools in my classes, ensuring that each practitioner—whether beginner, intermediate, or advanced—can find their own way to connect with this incredible practice.
Our sessions begin with gentle movement to awaken the body, followed by traditional Hatha Yoga postures, emphasizing longer holds for deeper awareness. Classes conclude with pranayama, yoga nidra, or meditation, creating a well-rounded experience of stillness and presence.
So, what does yoga mean to me? There is a place for activity and stillness, strength and softness, light and darkness—and we, too, have our place among these, in balance and inner peace. This is the essence of Hatha Yoga—the dance of the Sun and the Moon.
And in this dance, we live our lives.True yoga begins after we roll up the mat. For me, yoga is the way we live our everyday lives. As a teacher, my greatest joy is seeing my students not only progress on the mat but thrive beyond it—in life itself.
