Sound bath

A sound bath is a deeply relaxing and stress-relieving experience created with the help of sound bowls, gongs and other sound therapy devices. The sounds and vibrations gently move through the body, relaxing the muscles and calming the mind. During the class, the participants lie down comfortably, while the sounds and vibrations help them reach a meditative state.

108 Surya Namaskar

The 108 rounds of Sun Salutation is a powerful and purifying yoga practice that we perform in honor of the winter solstice. In reverence to Surya, the Sun God, we practice 12 dynamic postures that energize both the body and the soul.

 

The practice helps deepen concentration, clears the mind, and enhances physical and mental endurance. During the class, we progress gradually, and at the end of the 108 rounds, we conclude with a relaxing Yoga Nidra session, which helps achieve deeper emotional and mental relaxation.
